“Or which of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!” (Matthew 7:9-11)

I’ve realized there is a certain kind of courage that goes into praying. It is a courage based not on myself, but on the loving, limitless nature of my God. Because of my trust in His love, I can have the courage to move away from asking for what I WANT, and instead asking Him for what He alone knows I NEED.
Will you join me in praying courageously?
Until next time,
Shelby
